The Ku Project

Last week, I had the honor of being featured on The Ku Project Podcast by Daniel Aipa, a fellow Iolani School graduate doing big things back home in Hawaii. I'm usually the one recording them, but it was my second time on a podcast (you can catch me on the hilarious Verbal Tap Podcast), and I had a great time. It was nice hearing that Hawaiian pidgin in conversation. I miss it.

In this podcast, we covered everything from having a winning mindset, giving back to the community, and what my number one food spot is in Hawaii. Please listen to the podcast and read the show notes here.

Strength Resource: The Ku Project

I'm thoroughly impressed by Aipa's blog and podcast which aim to empower and inspire individuals to become the strongest version of themselves, something I'm interested in creating here at

The Kū Project is the active-lifestyle brand for active, successful, and professional people in Hawaii. They want to become stronger by gaining control over their physical, mental, and spiritual lives. By doing so, we believe you can create a positive change not only in your own life but the life of others.

I would definitely recommend subscribing to The Ku Project on iTunes to help you get through those long hours in traffic (whether it's the H-1 for my Hawaii people or the 405 for all my LA friends). Be stronger. Be Ku.
